She explained exactly what she needed from me but did all the work which, in trying to plan and coordinate a destination wedding with guests from all over the world, was invaluable to me to have a professional step in and take control. I had many questions and am probably a horribly high-maintenance client but Julie was always kind, patient and responsive. I never waited longer than 24 hours for a response (usually was within just a few hours). The final product is AMAZING: clean edges, crisp printing, perfect layout and secure shipping. I am extremely critical and a perfectionist, and the invitations turned out better than I ever could have imagined. I also am incredibly impressed with the value- similar styles I priced online were 25-150% more expensive. I cannot recommend Odd Lot and Julie enough, for any type of printing needs. I only hope now the rest of the wedding can live up to the perfect first impression set by the invitations!

n i sent her the exact wording i wanted in a word document. Then she quotes me almost $330 to get invitations printed after I already spent $60. I gave 2 stars because I love the background design of the invitations i selected. As soon as I told Julie I was disatisfied with her work she sent me my receipt and the finals of my digital prints. Apparently I was done reviewing them? And she told me "that's fine you can have your opinion"
